Paper Mache Elephant Mask Handmade in Nepal, Hindu god Ganesh

This is a vintage fabric and paper mache wall-hanging elephant mask of Ganesh. god of knowledge and the remover of obstacles. It is hand painted and has a tag on the back, Made in Nepal. Its dimensions are roughly 7 x 6 inches (18 x 16 cm). It was probably bought by a traveler to India or Nepal and brought to the US. It appears to have been hung on a wall for a long while, it has some wear, a little nick under the left ear, and a couple of chips of paint loss along the edge, but it otherwise undamaged.
