This pressed milk glass was made by the Westmoreland Glass Company and is 7 inches (18 cm) across and features three bears along the top half. The center bear is holding an open book, the bear on left is smoking a pipe and sitting on a stump, and the one on the left has spectacles. The bear faces are somewhat elongated, and this plate is sometimes listed as "three bad wolves", although the look quite good and gentlemanly. The Westmoreland Glass Company made this plate from the early 1900s to 1950s, but the absence of the WG mark suggests this plate dates to before 1948. It is pressed, and there are some bumps of roughness on the glass along the mold lines and bottom edge, but the plate has no cracks, chips, or damage.
