Your privacy is our top concern. We do not collect any unnecessary information about you, nor do we distribute your personal information to anyone else. Our goal is to make the site as streamlined, private, and secure for you as possible. We have implemented appropriate physical, electronic, and managerial procedures to safeguard and secure the information we collect on-line, and to prevent unauthorized access, maintain data accuracy, and ensure the correct use of information.
Your credit card payments are processed through PayPal or Google Checkout, two of the most secure payment systems on the Internet. We do not receive your credit card information from these services, only the shipping address to where you want your merchandise shipped.
To better protect your privacy we provide this notice explaining our on-line information practices.
Information Collected
If you place an order we collect your Name, Address, Email address, and phone number (optional) in order to effectively handle and ship your order. Purchase of merchandise is conducted on the PayPal or Google Checkout websites, two of the most secure Internet payment sites on the Internet. We do not receive your credit card account information from either service.
If you email us, we will not add your name to a spam list or sell it to marketers. We use return email addresses only to answer the emails we receive or to communicate with customers if a problem arises with their order. Email addresses are not used for any other purpose and are not shared with outside parties.
The customer login accounts are provided to expedite completion of the order forms. Customer contact information is located in the customer database only through the chargeback period, and is thereafter deleted. Information is kept for that period to facilitate any potential investigations of fraudulent use of credit cards. Customers can access or correct information by logging into their account. A customer can ask to have their account closed or account information deleted at any time.
