Champion Agate (1938-Present) still makes marbles, but the modern ones are made overseas. The company originally produced only swirls, including a type referred to as a "wire pull." Some other Champions are swirls that look close to Ravenswoods, and these marbles are mistakenly sold as such. A recent limited production Champion Agate marble are the “furnace marbles”, made often in striking colors, and often very busy looking.
