Antique Mentho-Laxene Medicine Bottle w/ Label, Box, and Insert

This is a Burnham's Mentno-Laxene Cough Medicine Bottle from about 1918. It is six inches tall, has a cork stopper, and is embossed MENTHO_LAXENE B.P. CO. It is empty with a little brown residue inside. It has the label, original box, and a 4-page insert with directions and an advertisement for a related project. The top flap and a side flap is missing and the box is worn and a bit dirty. The insert has a tear and a piece missing and is somewhat brittle, but intact. Mentho-Laxene bottles are not rare, but finding one with a label, box, and insert is a rarity.
