Old Cast Iron Wall Shelf Brackets, 8.5 x.6.5 inches

This is a nice pair of old shelf brackets. They measure about 8 1/2 by 6 1/2 inches, with a max width of 7/8 inches. Each side has two holes. they were used and one has a small chip on the side shown in a photo. They were spray painted black at some point. Judging by the workmanship, our best guess is that they date to the mid to early 20th century.
