The central vignette on this note is the state capitol at Richmond, Virginia. A portrait of C.G. Memminger is at the lower right. He served as the Secretary of the Treasury of the Confederacy from 1861 to 1864. The back retains good color. It is printed on thin hard paper. It was redeemed and cut canceled. The note has slight curl and edge creases on left side. It probably grades Fine.
