Key West Souvenir Sea Turtle Paperweight Figurine or Keepsake

This is a memento of a trip to Key west, Florida. It is a turtle with a clear red plastic back and a cast aluminum body. It has Key West on the back with gold letters (somewhat worn). It is about 3 1/2 inches long. Although it is not especially heavy, it could be considered a paperweight or just a shelf figurine. It is basically in good shape but has a bit of wear and faint pitting on the aluminum (which could be pollished). Something like this could have been made over a wide period, but I am guessing it dates from the 1960s or 70s, but could be earlier or later. It is better than most souvenirs in that the aluminum body was cast and polished. It is a nice piece for the turtle or Key West or Florida souvenir collector.
