Fossil Mammal Molar, possibly 3 Toed horse, estate specimen

This is a fossil mammal molar. It is about 4 cm at its longest dimensions. It was part of an estate collection with specimens going back to 30 or 40 years. It seems similar to three-toed horses of the Pleistocene era that we have seen online, but we have not positively identified it.
