1961 Barbie Bubble Cut Doll #850 Blond Wire Stand Zebra Swimsuit Mattel

This Barbie Bubble Cut Doll was made in 1961 and is marked "Barbie (R) Pats. Pend. (C) MCMLVIII by Mattel Inc." on the rear and marked Japan on a foot. She has side glancing eyes, and the hair color is unusual in that it is more of a strawberry blond rather than the usual blond or Titian. It comes with the original zebra swimsuit and black 8 1/2-inch stand. Barbie's ears are stained from being stored with earrings in place. The wire stand has some rust spots.
