1938 San Francisco Street Map H.M. Gousha Co. Standard Oil Calif

This is a hard-to-find 1938 San Francisco Street Map produced by the H.M. Gousha Company for Standard Stations and Standard Oil Dealers. When folded out it measures 18 x 24 inches. The back and front covers are identical. It is in fine condition with a couple of black grease smudges on one side, and a few pin holes at crease intersections. It has no writing or other damage. Includes tourist travel itineraries with a short description of each site to be visited. There are two versions of the map, this one, which is probably the earlier version, and a later version, which has logos and different wording (e.g., Standard Stations Inc.) on the bottom of the two covers. There is mention of the 1939 Golden Gate Expo.
