This is a lot of 16 Topps baseball cards of the Cincinnati Reds, mostly from the 1979 to 1981 era. Included is the Topps 1981 Drake's Cakes George Foster Card, 1981 Tom Seaver (#220), 1980 Johnny Bench (#100). The 1979 Junior Kennedy is creased, but most have higher grades, but please grade your own. You get the exact cards shown.
The Cincinnati Reds is among the oldest and most storied teams in Major League Baseball. They were charter members of the American Association in 1882 and they joined the National League in 1890. The Reds played in the National League West Division from 1969 to 1993, and then joined the Central Division in 1994. They have won five World Series, nine pennants, one American Association pennant, and 10 division titles. The team plays its home games at Great American Ball Park, which replaced Riverfront Stadium in 2003. Notable past Reds players include catcher Johnny Bench, second baseman Joe Morgan, short stop Barry Larkin, short stop Dave Concepcion, player and manager Pete Rose, and outfielder Frank Robinson.
