Rare 1950s Pixie Elf Figurine Japan 3 Elves on Chains Hand Painted

This pottery pixie or elf figurine set was made in Japan and dates to the late 1940s to mid 1950s. The set features two small pixies chained to a larger one. This is a rare set with a big-head form of pixies. The pieces have no crack, chips or repairs, but the left ear of the big pixie a shallow flake which has some paint in it, so this might be a factory flaw. The is a smaller similar feature on the bottom of the same ear. The ends of the chains did not have rings, and the last link was just inserted in the wire loop near the neck. There is a bit of dirt on the faces. They will be shipped detached and safely packed.
