Antique Hand Blown Tortoise Glass Vase Cased Art Glass

This is beautiful vintage or antique art glass vase. It is cased glass with browns and yellows applied to a white base, then covered with a clear ribbed surface, and then finally finished with a frilly applied clear glass collar. It is expertly made, and has a piece of the reddish brown piece of the glass used to make the tortoise pattern applied to the base. It is roughly 3.5 inches tall and 3.5 inches wide (about 8.5 x 8.5 cm), and the mouth is ground and polished. Its only flaw is that the bottom of one of the frill loops has a tiny chip that is hard to see and or feel (see magnified view).
