14kt Tie Tack with Diamond G.A.V. Initials Monogram

This is a custom made yellow gold tie tack or sweater or lapel pin with the initials GAV. It is marked 14K and features a small diamond embellishment (perhaps 1 pt). The clutch is unmarked and is gold plated. It is a bit more than 3/4 inc across (20 mm) weighs about 0.35 grams without the clutch (the scale flickered between 0.3 and 0.4 grams). It has light evidence of wear, but has no damage or problems.
