Japan 1969 MNH commemorative SC#1016 Int'l Letter Writing

This is a Japanese commemorative postage stamp as sold by the Harris Stamp and Coin Company of Boston in the 1970s, in their printed glassine envelope packet. The stamp is the 1969 SC #1016 International Letter Writing Week featuring an evergreen tree and Mt Fuji in the background. It is in mint not hinged condition.
