Vintage Sterling Brooch Pin by W. E. Richards Jewelry WRE 1940s

This is a nicely made vintage solid sterling brooch or pin in the form of an abstract or modernist flower.It was made by the W. E. Richards Jewelry Company of Attleboro, Massachusetts and marked "Sterling WRE." It probably dates to the 1930s or 1940s. It is about 1.5 inches (4 cm) across and weighs about 8.3 grams. The clasp works and the piece has good workmanship.
