This is a spectacular vintage brooch with an unusual design combination of pearls, rhinestones, gold leaves, frosted roses, and iridescent stylized scarabs. It is 3 inches tall, has a delicate construction, and great eye-appeal. It is unsigned, but its construction looks similar to some Weiss pieces we have had.
It has some wear but is undamaged except that one of the faux-pearls must have gotten wet, and the painted nacre has partial slipped off. This could be scraped off if desired to exposed the white glass underneath, or just leave it alone appreciate it as is. The clasp works well, and it otherwise has no problems.
