This is a great looking vintage rhinestone pin or brooch in the shape of a leaf or feather plume. It features two tiers of blue rhinestone, and some green stones along the stem. The bottom tier are aquamarine color open back rhinestones, and the top tier are blue green Aurora Borealis rhinestones. The combination give it the look of an an iridescent peacock feather. It is about 3 1/2 inches long and 1 inch across (~9x2.5 cm).
The pin was used and has light wear, but no damage, lost stones, or any obvious detractions. As shown in the magnified view, the clasp hing looks like it was pinched with pliers, but the clasp works fine.
The pin is unsigned, but the ridged textured lines on the top cast metal tier, and open back rhinestones are very similar to Weiss pieces from the 1960s we have seen. It will be a nice addition to your collection.
