The Wedgwood Garden Club pattern (marked AK8565) is striking floral pattern on a cream colored white ribbed earthen ware or Queensware shape known as Edme. The Wedgwood Edme shape line was made between 1908 and 2006, and now discontinued. The Garden Club pattern (AK8565) was first produced in 1935 on the Edme line, and produced possibly to the 1970s when it was discontinued.
The Garden Club set had different flowers on each of the different pieces in the set. The pieces are impressed "Made in England" with other impressed marks and the inked stamps of the Wedgwood name and handwritten pattern number (AK8565). Some pieces in the set are quite hard to find.
