This rectangular bottle is three inches tall and is embossed WOOD'S TOOTH POWDER NATHAN WOOD & SON. PORTLAND, ME. It is a hand blown in mold (BIM) with a hand tooled top. The bold seam stops at the shoulder of the bottle. It was likely made between 1890 and 1910. The bottle is in very good condition, with no cracks, chips, scratches or damage. It has some slight staining near the should inside that might be cleaned off with a bent bottle brush. The lip has a crease and the neck has a feather mark, but those are as-made marks from the hand tooling of the top. This harder to find tooth powder bottle is not to be confused with the more common Hood's tooth powder bottle.
