These post cards are about 4 x 5 3/4 inches and likely date from the 1950s or 1960s. Florence (Firenze) is a city in Central Italy and the capital city of the Tuscany region. Florence was a center of medieval European trade and finance and one of the wealthiest cities of that era and is considered by many to have been the birthplace of the Renaissance. These postcards focus on the architectural and artistic splendor of the city. Overall, they are in very good to very fine condition, with a corner crease on one and a few smaller bent corners, a few with some yellowing on the back, but overall nice. Makers include Nova Lux, OVET, SAR, and mostly marked Kodak Ektachrome. One is a color photo on photopaper.
