Vintage Barbie Doll Red Suit Jacket Skirt British Crown Colony Hong Kong

This two-piece red flannel suit consists of a red dress and matching red jacket that has a patterned liner, almost in a camo pattern. It has a British Crown Colony Hong Kong tag. British Crown Hong Kong outfits without a Barbie label were made in the early 1960s for clone dolls identical in size to Barbie dolls to compete in the doll clothes market. Some are much harder to find than the regular Barbie outfits. The outfit was probably washed once or twice sixty years ago. The snap works fine but it has a little corrosion on the top.
