Vintage Kirin Beer Porcelain Ashtray Made in Japan

This is a vintage ceramic porcelain Kirin Beer ashtray. It is marked Kirin Beer and Japan's Finest in English with additional Japanese characters. It features the top of the bottle and cap in the center. It was made by the firm Sakura China and Made in Japan as marked on the base (sometimes misread as Subura China). This example is used, with some wear on the base and on the silver edge of the cap. There are also a couple of as-made black specks under the glaze inside the bowl, but overall, it is in great condition, with vibrant colors and crisp lettering, and it has no cracks, chips, or other damage.
