Peltier Glass Company Yellow-Green Rainbo Marble 5/8 inch Mint-

This is a translucent lemonade-color Rainbo marble made by the Peltier Glass Company. It has light transparent green ribbons with two cut lines. Because the ribbons are so far apart, the ribbons form little bean or bird shapes at the poles. This color combination is uncommon to rare. Peltier made toy marbles from the 1920s to 1950s, but the Type II Rainbo line was made mostly in the 1940s and 1950s, and most of these were the white base glass "baseball" marbles. This marble just fits through a 5/8" template and is a typical game-size marble. The marble has air bubble dimples, and few tiny ticks and fleabites and but still grades about Mint-.
