Laos CU P-21 Twenty (20) Kip ND Pathet Lao Government Uncirculat

This Laos 20 Kip banknote was issued in either 1968 or 1975, and is in uncirculated condition. It features peasants distributing rice and a forge. It is either Pick catalog 21 or 21a. It comes with the stamp and coin company windowed envelope with which it was sold. The description of the note definitely has a cold-war Vietnam-era description. The denomination is also misreported as 20 dong.
