Signed Laufen Tile of Swiss Church Clock Tower Hand Painted

This is a vintage finely painted Laufen tile of a church clock tower. It is signed with what looks like "H. T. Allard" or "H Tallard." The artist used a Swiss Laufen tile as the base, and it was probably made by the Laufen company which has made custom painted tiles for decades. The back is marked "fabrique Suisse. The church clock is similar to many in Switzerland, but we could not find a matching photo of the church. It is in a nicely wrought iron holder.

The tile has no cracks, chips, or repairs, but does have some light crazing. It has superb detail in the painting.
