Old Mustard Spoon with Delft Windmill Cabochon Silver plate

This mustard spoon is unusual in that it has a delft lozenge to decorate the top. It is signed with what appears to be a Gothic "G,' but we have been unable to identify this mark. It may have been purchased in Holland as a souvenir. Although the hand-made attachment of the Delft piece is similar to silver pieces, in the absence of a purity mark, you should assume this is silver plate, although it is possible this could be coin silver.
